Have a lot of respect for Genesis Elijah, although I have to admit that I haven't heard a great deal of his music. I've heard a few guest verses, especially with Context MC and I've watched a couple of his 'diary' type YouTube videos. This guy speaks his mind, which is nothing but honest and it's quite refreshing.
Especially with this 'Falling' track, I mean, what other artists out there would talk this genuinely honest about the actual struggles they are going through in the music industry on a track?
He's also done a great job flipping James Blake's 'Wilhelms Scream', actually channelling the original.
